Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Various factors can affect delivery speed, including customs processing, weather events, and carrier operational issues. Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be delighted with every Coleman purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Some items — like personal care or hygiene products — may have different return restrictions, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

Making a return is simple, and it won't cost you anything. We provide free return shipping labels and charge no restocking fees. Just reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. Modifying or Canceling Orders
